One sees here the operations culture – and why there is so MUCH legacy notions in interworking.

And we do remember using the “Microsoft Services Manager” – the provisioning tool for RPs wanting the right to invoke ws-fedp on the MFG. Of course, this seems to have evolved into an OAUTH provisioning services – at least for the LiveID (and perhaps the vectored organizational IDs).
