Simple inner products

Outer products are intuitively obvious, being the combinatric explosion of each branch.

Inner products can also be intuitive, when considering the product of one branch node and another. Its just the length of the edge connecting the two points.

If u think about the v made by branching, and the nodes at the next branching points, to connect them we can go across the inside of the v, or outside and around.
